The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals at QQEE AI:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT, and the maximum is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours; VIP members receive processing within 1 hour.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be made.

To prevent money laundering, QQEE AI monitors all large transactions. If any suspicious activity is detected, the account in question will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

QQEE AI regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotional deals for its members. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds and actual deposit funds are tracked separately.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once or across multiple accounts.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses ("bonus abuse").

• Abusive, threatening, or racist behavior on the platform.

• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from the platform for a set period at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
